VM230 Military-grade high-precision voltage reference
This series of precision reference voltage sources provide a variety of output voltages with very low temperature coefficient and noise. It is very suitable for high resolution (more than 14 bits) data acquisition applications such as precision instruments and test equipment.
The product has guaranteed performance in a wide temperature range of - 400C to 1250C, and can meet the requirements of industrial and automotive applications (high grade). At the same time, it has a wide power supply voltage range, and its low voltage difference characteristics make it 700mV higher than the output voltage, and the maximum power supply voltage reaches 36V, which can simplify the power supply design for applications. This product is a bandgap voltage reference source. After optimized design and fine adjustment before leaving the factory, it can reach a typical value of 5ppm/0C. The high level temperature drift is lower than 1ppm/0C, and the typical value of initial accuracy is within+/- 0.05%, and the high level temperature drift is within+/-0.01%. This simplifies or omits system adjustments for most applications. Industrial standard 8-pin SOIC and MSOP packages are available.
