VM8521N is a new generation of capacitance detection sensor chip. With the latest generation of charge detection technology, it has higher anti-interference capability and can effectively suppress RF, digital signal and other interferences. It can be widely used in TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earphones, neck mounted earphones, headphones and other forms of smart headphones, audio, humidifiers, wireless charging and other occasions.

From the standby mode, the touch response time is 100mS, @ VDD=3V;
Adjust sensitivity with external capacitance (1~33nF);
The output mode is fixed as direct synchronization mode, and touch is open drain output, which is effective at low level;
The maximum output time provided by the touch button is 16 seconds;
There is a stable time of about 0.5 seconds after power on. Do not touch the touch pad during this period. At this time, all functions are disabled from automatic calibration
The reference value is refreshed approximately every 1 second within 8 seconds after power on. If there is a touch key within 8 seconds after power on or the key is not touched after 8 seconds, the reference value is refreshed every 4 seconds
